Former Vice President Joe Biden is picking up momentum with his campaign trail for the 2020 US presidential elections. The latest poll surveys show that Biden is leading in all categories and is believed to be the best candidate to defeat Donald Trump. In his latest campaign across easter Iowa, Biden urged voters to consider that he is still standing strong even after being targeted by the hate-campaign from President Trump and his team. The 77-year-old Biden boasted about his granite chin as he is still going strong as per the latest polls.
During the campaign, Biden didn’t take his son Hunter Biden’s name, but he made sure to beat back allegations of his son’s corrupt deals in Ukraine as the 2020 race gets hotter. As per the Washington Times, this is the part of the strategy Biden is using to overcome two of his biggest hurdles, i.e. his age and his son’s corruption allegations. Speaking during a campaign stop at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Biden said - “Trump and his team have spent over $12 million to $15 million telling lies about my family, maligning my only surviving son. As much as he has tried to destroy my family and me, I hope I have demonstrated I can take a punch. I’ve taken brickbats to the head.”
