Democratic presumptive nominee Joe Biden mocked President Donald Trump with a video posted on his official Twitter account. The video starts with the comments from Trump’s recent town hall with Fox News on the World Press Freedom Day at the Lincoln Memorial. Trump says, “I’m greeted with a hostile press, the likes of which no other US President has ever seen. The closest would be that gentleman (referring to Abraham Lincoln’s statue). I’m treated worse than Lincoln by the media,” and the video ends with the iconic Cry Me a River song by Justin Timberlake. Biden taunted Trump with his tweet, “over a million cases of coronavirus in America and almost 70,000 dead. What is upsetting President Trump? Tough questions from the press.”

Later that day, Biden’s campaign team announced that he would most likely attend two virtual campaign events from the comfort of his house in Delaware where he built a studio room. “On Thursday, Biden will hold two virtual events in Florida. The first is the virtual African American roundtable along with Audrey Gibson, Democratic state Senate Minority Leader from Jacksonville and AI Lawson, Congressman from North Florida. The second event is scheduled to take place in Tampa at 5:15 pm on the same day. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, Biden has confined himself to his Delaware home for more than a month now, attending all the regular campaign stuff virtually.
