Former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has some advice for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on facing President Donald Trump and beating him in his race to the White House. Speaking on MSNBC on Friday morning, the former Democratic presidential nominee who had the experience of fighting Donal Trump says - “Be prepared to confront someone unlike anyone you’ve dealt with before. And keep focused.” She offered insights on how to challenge Trump, as she is the only other person who has done it in the 2016 general elections. She advised Biden to always stay on top when it comes to busting fake news and misinformation. Clinton further added, “Trump’s irregularity as a candidate forced her campaign to work on new ways in 2016.”
Hillary also asked Biden to continue to stick with his message as per his campaign without getting diverted by the latest provoking remarks by Trump and also suggested to be prepared for a highly abnormal debate experience. “It was a new experience for all of us and there was a lot to learn. Additionally, there was so much going on under the surface on social media, and I don’t think we are at the top of our job when it comes to social media. We were not aware of understanding the impact such false assertions could have on the campaign. Try to get your message past the reality show like environment that President Trump is creating so that voters have an idea on why they would vote for you and not against Donald Trump,” Hillary continued.
Clinton further shared her experience of debating with Trump and warned Biden to be well prepared to take a few punches out of left field. “A debate experience with Trump would be quite different. He is someone who lies with impunity, who literally says anything to dampen your spirit and confidence. Biden and Hillary Clinton are good friends outside politics as well and they share a great bond working together in the Obama administration. She also confirmed that she has been in conversation throughout the campaign and is ready to help both Biden and Kamala Harris in the elections.Dr. Dhillon Randeep
