Washington: President Joe Biden on Monday consoled Israel's leader, in front of a visit by new Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, that the United States won't allow Iran to foster atomic weapons.
"Iran won't ever get an atomic weapon on my watch," Biden revealed to President Reuven Rivlin in the White House.
After the discussions, Rivlin told correspondents that he was "particularly fulfilled" by Biden's remarks on Iran and said Israel and Washington "need to participate."
In his remarks, Biden likewise excused legislative pundits who have scrutinized his legitimate expert in requesting airstrikes against Iranian-supported volunteer armies blamed for assaulting US faculty in Syria and Iraq.
"I have that position," Biden said.
