President Donald Trump on Wednesday put out a series of tweets which says that his administration is revoking California’s power to limit carbon pollution from cars and light trucks. The move was aimed to moderate the long-standing strict air pollution rules in California, which will lead to the reduction of automobile prices. Trump tweets went live minutes before it was indicated by heads of the Environmental Protection Agency & the Transportation Department that they would announce the move Thursday morning. This move will eliminate the standards set by former President Barack Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden, who were responsible for revitalizing the manufacturing industry.
The Trump Administration is revoking California’s Federal Waiver on emissions in order to produce far less expensive cars for the consumer, while at the same time making the cars substantially SAFER. This will lead to more production because of this pricing and safety......

President Donald Trump's policies have always been against the climate. He has previously left the Paris Climate agreement and now increasing the pollution standards of automobiles. Trump's administration research also found out that the new move would raise fuel consumption considerably. The fuel consumption would increase by half-million barrels per day, which is an increase of 2 to 3 percent. An increase in fuel consumption will increase the emission rates of greenhouse gases affecting the climate of our beautiful country. The announcement has created a debate between environmental groups and public health experts. They argue that the White House ignores the health benefits from the efficient cars compared to that of non-efficient. Additionally, decreasing the prices of automobiles will lead to a rise in purchases and an increase in fuel consumption. Joe Biden, who is running for the 2020 US elections has criticized the move with his tweet which says "we need a President who believes in science over fiction."
Donald Trump continues his relentless effort to roll back the hard-fought progress we made in the Obama-Biden Administration. Higher auto emission standards make the air we all breathe cleaner, keep us healthier—and keep our auto industry competitive in the global marketplace. https://t.co/G2scIizq53
